Returning a product
At ROSSNA, you can not only buy easily, but also easily return products. If you are not happy with the product you purchased, for whatever reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. To make a return, you have to

To return an item to ROSSNA, you can choose one of two options:
- Delivery company - our partners;
- Delivery company of your choice.
If you choose option 1, the return shipping costs depend on your location:

BELGIUM, THE GRAND DUCHY, DENMARK, ITALY, LUXEMBOURG, POLAND, SLOVAKIA, SLOVENIA, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC - EUR 34,20

If you choose option 2:
Once your request has been approved by ROSSNA, we will send you an email with the address to return the goods.
In this case, the risk of losing or damaging the product during transport is taken entirely by you.
It is advisable that the shipment contains a copy of the invoice so that it would be easier to process.
The return courier charges of a product are for the account of the customer.

How can I return the items offered by ROSSNA?
Returning items is done in several steps:
- Complete this return form and make sure that the item you wish to return is eligible for return.
- Choose one of the return options:
- Refund of the amount paid or
- A voucher for purchases of items offered by ROSSNA, which will have the same value as the item you have returned (after deducting the shipping costs of returning it).
If you choose a voucher, you need to know the following information:
- The voucher can be transferred to another person and can be used with other vouchers or promotions;
- Validity: 24 months from the date of dispatch.
- The voucher can be used for any item offered on ROSSNA.
If you chose the refund option, we will refund the amount by using the data you have filled out on the return form. If you paid with a card online, we will refund you the corresponding amount on the same account. We will transfer the amount to your account as a voucher/coupon or on the card within 30 calendar days.
- Once your return request has been approved, we will notify you to proceed to the return procedure described above.
- Once the shipment has been successfully received at the address we have specified, we will refund the amount to you within 30 days, deducting the amount for delivery in both directions - receipt and return of the goods.
What conditions should the item meet?
The products purchased from ROSSNA can be returned within 30 days of the date of the shipment, whether natural or legal person.
For a form to be valid, it must be filled out within 30 days of the date of shipment.
All returned products must be in the same condition as when delivered.
Items that have been tampered by an unauthorized person or damaged by you, such as damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, tear, dirt and other damage, will not be accepted. Items not accompanied by all the accessories they were delivered with, will not be accepted.
You must return the items in their original package, accompanied by intact labels, the original warranty, if it has been issued by the manufacturer and all the documents, which the item has been delivered with.
If the item we ship is accompanied by a gift, the gift will also be returned upon return of the item.
In case you bought more than one identical item and want to return two or more of them, only one of these items can be opened. The rest must be in a sealed package. Otherwise, they will not be accepted.
